Training – 6th to 15th May

Legs ok after some brilliant performances? Good. We’ve got some info below so read carefully…

Monday’s: Still meet outside St. Philips Hall
Wednesday’s: Meet upstairs at Sainsbury’s, in the cafe. It closes at 7 so we’ll have the space to ourselves. Not sure on valuables situation at the moment so for this week keep that in mind.

Monday’s: Hills & Intervals (All abilities) meet outside St. Philips 7:20pm, Start 7:30pm
Tuesdays: Long Intervals (Sub 21-min parkrunners) meet under the Athletics stand at Tudor Grange at 6:30pm
Wednesdays: K&D Main Club Night (All abililites), Meet upstairs in Sainsbury’s Cafe
Thursday: Track work (Sub 21-min parkrunners) meet under the Athletics stand at Tudor Grange at 6:30pm
Friday: Rest Day/Recovery Run (or Friday Improvers – see their Facebook group for times/locations)
Saturday: parkrun day
Sunday: Church of the Sunday Long Run – multiple groups informally arranged, ask for more info from your run leaders if you want company
