Strength Training for Runners Course

Hi Team,

Siobhan Cotter is running a Strength Training for Runners Course at
Every Tuesday from September 3 until October 22 at 7-8 pm
£40 for 8 weeks (To Cover Hall Hire & Equipment etc.)

Siobhan is a Lydiard Foundation Certified Level II Coach, 2018
UK Athletics Event Group Coach – Endurance (Running & Walks), 2017
UK Athletics Leader in Running Fitness, 2017
Level 3 Personal Trainer, 2017
UK Athletics Level 2 Club Coach -Throws, 2009
UK Athletics level 1 Assistant Club Coach – General, 2009
Level 2 Gym Instructor, 2009

Strength training can supplement your running improving core strength and form during the back end of races in particular.
