Strength Training for Runners Course w/Siobhan Cotter

Hello K&D’ers,

While all the running training we provide is free as part of your membership there is only so much we can provide as a club and we know many of you are keen to look at things like strength training to supplement your training. So we occasionally bring you optional extras where there may be an additional charge.

Siobhan Cotter is running another Strength Training for Running course from the end of October to introduce individuals to ways they can build strength and core stability etc. All the details are below:
