The Saturday morning winter training sessions are back!
Coach Colin will be dishing out the pain on the hills of Cofton Park throughout the dark months. Not only are these sessions fantastic training if you are running any of the Cross Country fixtures, they are brilliant for building strength and endurance to get you ready to race in the Spring of 2016.
There will be hills, and there will be mud. So come prepared. At the moment the ground is pretty good so trail shoes are fine. As winter progresses spikes will be a help!
Colin designs the sessions to cater for all abilities, so if you fancy adding something extra to your training schedule this winter come and give Cofton a go.
We meet around 08.30am. The sessions last around 60-75 minutes in total.
It takes about 20-25 minutes to nip down the M42 and then head over to Longbridge.
