    Sunday 3rd, note different time – 9.30.
    Meet at St. Mary the Virgin church, Lapworth (Bridge Pilates) – directions;

    This week as it’s the Centurion grand prix when our numbers may be less we are combining with the off road group to repeat our run of a fortnight ago. It will be hilly but with spectacular views, 7 miler, mainly x country over towards Mows Hill, back to the Finest Catch/Johnson’s Coaches on the Stratford Road, up part of Irelands Lane and then back to the church via Tapster Lane. 9/10 min mile pace average depending on the terrain – however, the run’s not about pace but tackling the hills and enjoyment of the countryside, running together as club members.

    Meet 9.00 in the car park of the Boat Inn Catherine de Barnes.
    A brand new route for me. A short stretch of road then across fields to Solihull Moors FC, into Elmdon Park, path alongside the JLR works, Lode Lane and then back to the cars along the Grand Union canal towpath. 7 miles.

    Sunday 24th March 09.00 hrs from the upper car park of the Fleur-de-Lys public house, Lowsonford. Location – http://www.thefleur.co.uk/
    This is a very special welcome to Spring joint run with the Sunday Off Road Group which will be at a nice social pace to admire the wonderful scenery along the undulating Heart of England Way to Henley-in-Arden High Street and then returning via the even more picturesque route taking in Preston Bagot, Claverdon Rugby Club and Yarningale Common and woods. Total 8 miles. Afterwards there will be tea and cakes at 24 Widney Road courtesy of Kathy who very kindly offered to provide these when she expected to be still recovering from her foot surgery – in fact she is now up and running which is great news.
    Her house is about 100 metres from the cricket club island. Suggested parking – Mill Lane.
    All welcome; Geoff 07707 992000.
