Welcome to Knowle and Dorridge Running Club. We have just over 200 members of mixed abilities, and are based at t. Philips Halls, Manor Road, Dorridge, B93 8DX.
The K&D ethos is very much about being a Club for All. What we are not is stuffy or elitist! You will find us to be a warm welcoming bunch where you can enjoy your running whether wanting to compete or keep fit with friends!
The spirit of K&D was captured beautifully in an article Runners World did featuring one of our members. Click HERE to read.
So if you are looking for a friendly Running Club in Solihull, Knowle or Dorridge please get in touch. We will be quite happy to welcome you along to try us out!
Club night is Wednesday at 7:30pm. We run in groups on road / cross country runs for all abilities generally covering at least 5 miles. On the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month our England Athletics Qualified Run Leaders organise different sessions which are posted in advance HERE.
Our Friday morning session starts at 9:15am and is targetted mainly for beginners. This involves a gentle warm-up by jogging down to a local park and some group stretching exercises.
Many of our beginners have progressed quickly and are now running 5k, 10k and half-marathons!
Check out the Training Page for more information on our Club Runs.

On Sunday mornings, we usually go for longer runs of between 8 and 12 miles. These are not at a fixed time, but are arranged each week by interested members.
